JOB DESCRIPTION (Sales Admin)
- Reconciliation for merchants on a weekly basis.
- Issuing transaction invoices and collecting related invoices from merchants.
- Verifying orders, including merchants’ information and payment details
- Contacting merchant to answer queries and obtain missing information
- Maintaining and updating sales and merchant records
- Compiling monthly sales reports
- Expediting orders through internal liaison
- Directing feedback from merchant to relevant departments
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer
- Supporting the merchant success tasks, if requested
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
- Other requirement assigns from business line managers
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with industry software such as CMR or similar
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
