To perform full assessment tasks in a professional manner.
To equip with credit policies, standards, and guidelines for credit judgment.
To comply with the company’s guidelines and procedures for all product credit schemes.

To work closely with the team members to complete tasks within the stipulated time.
To perform and meet assigned key performance Index
Collect basic information about customers who do not pay on time
Make phone calls to convince customers to pay overdue debts
Find out the solvency of the customer and come up with an appropriate handling plan; negotiate with customers on debt payment plans and methods; Follow up until the customer completes the repayment process
Detecting, checking, and reporting to management special cases (fraud)
Report on debt settlement periodically and irregularly as required, perform tasks as assigned by business line manager
JOB REQUIREMENT
At least 2 years of work experience
Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written, and verbal communications skills
Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
